If the country goes broke - and we're massively in debt - and the welfare dries up urban riots are probable. It is only rational that law enforcement would be prepared with contingency plans. But I guess everything has to be an evil government story.

It's funny yes, but myself and others have finally gotten in shape and trained in self defense for this reason.

Having a beach bod is a very welcome side effect to being prepared for the eventual shit storm set to hit western civilization in the coming decade.
