In it's defense it kind of makes sense that materials should be legal in the US. It's interesting because Fiberglass and Asbestos do the same job and both are dangerous if found in the wrong form for the exact same reasons. One particle of either equals cancer. The difference is that it's much harder to make sillica dust from most of the forms we see fiberglass in. If asbestos is sold in a form where it is unlikely to be inhaled it's almost exactly like it's counter part in that you would have to do some amount of work or something stupid to make it dangerous.

Something stupid did happen on 9/11 though. All I can say is don't take a saw blade to a fiber glass rod. I may have already fucked myself. Here's hoping my asophogus caught all of what little I did inhale.
