I can't find what The Golden Reed is about but this looks interesting (I've only skimmed it so far).

While this is clearly (at least in part) someone's personal manifesto, their theory is remarkably refined... Not many people out there with a clear understanding of electronics, economics, human psychology and history. That's what makes this so creepy to me. This is literally a step-by-step guide to economic warfare, simplified down to a handful of formulas. All that's missing is financial weight to throw around, and the metadata required to fill in the variables. I think we all know who has that kind of info and money.

All things considered, I can't poke any holes in this. I'm not at all convinced this is a government agency document, but it might as well be. Thanks for sharing.
