Check out his reaction around 1:12:49 when they're asking about a second man with him at the time of the assassination. I buy almost the entire story, but not that part. I think he's protecting someone. More on that later. That's the most obvious dishonest body language I noticed in the entire interview. He has a couple tells (itching nose with left hand: example at @1:01:40, blink with a slight eye-bob downwards: example @1:54:00), but I feel these are moments when he is omitting/transposing bits of the story, rather than fabricating them. His eye movements during recall are pretty consistently up and to his right side. Take note of his glances to his center-left. I feel this is him checking the hallway through the window, but it might also be a tell.

He goes on to (@1:33:30) talk about someone that showed up at his hotel after the fact looking for help disposing of a murder weapon. His comments about this party are at 1:34:30. "I've never given up anybody in my life. I'm not gonna put anyone in prison." (1:35:01) He also consistently talks about Oswald as support for the shooter, rather than the shooter himself.

My theory is that James Files was support/spotter for the grassy knoll shooter, much like Oswald was for the shooter in the building. The knoll shooter was probably someone he knew personally, that is still alive as of this recording, and is probably someone Files cared for on a personal level. His tells during his story all seem to center around the moments leading up to the final shot, and his trip back to the getaway vehicle. All times when the theoretical 2nd party would have been with him.

There's more to this story than he's telling, but I doubt its going to come out while the unnamed parties are still alive. If Files dies before these other parties, I suspect he will not leave any new info behind. He seems to feel strongly about protecting those still alive, and I don't think it's because he fears for his own life.

This is the kind of dialogue I was hoping to generate with this post. Thank you for this. I appreciate it. I am going to go through and watch those times you mentioned as soon as I have the time.

Sciency

I'm glad someone got something out of my thoughts on the matter. And thank you for linking this. I've heard this guy's story second hand, but I never took the time to watch the interview until today. You've definitely reignited my interest in this conspiracy!

crazy_eyes

I had never heard of this guy until just q week ago when I came across this interview. He seems credible to me, he didn't appear to be fabricating the story. And you're welcome. I am interested to hear others thought about this confession

SeanBox

I just wAtched that whole thing. He says he took the shot from the grassy knoll.

crazy_eyes

So, do you believe him?

SeanBox

I kinda do. He knows an awful lot. I'm interested why no one ever helped him with an appeal. Is he still alive?

crazy_eyes

I think he is still alive. He was supposed to be released from prison this spring.

ScientiaPotentia

So James Files is Ted Cruz's Dad?

crazy_eyes

I don't think so, he wasn't working alone. If you listen to the whole interview he goes into a lot of detail.

crazy_eyes

This man seems pretty convincing to me. I am inclined to believe the things that he is saying here.
