If you read the article it describes how they put the program and training acronyms in their linked-in profiles, and they do.

If you actually go look, you can see that its just a huge resume data dump from linked in and other public sources. https://icwatch.wikileaks.org/ From some of the lighter profiles, it appears they think even SATCOM is a bad keyword or something... (and it just means Satellite Communications)

That's pretty lame, posting a hundred thousand peoples resume's on a public watchlist with no error-checking. But it is very similar to what the government is doing in secret, so it is kind of a smart-ass move.
