"Felony Lynching..." so there's a misdemeanor lynching, and a noncriminal lynching that subject only to civil penalties??

I dont know, I listened to her lawyer, and she said that she didn't do nothing wrong. I tend to agree with her. I think it was all just as she said, peaceful protest. There was likely no reason for the police to have even been at the event.

If anything, the state police owe her an apology for wasting her time.

Here's some facts. Niggers kill more niggers in 1 year than all the nigger criminals lynched in 150 years.

Fuck you, niggers. You have no idea what is about to happen to you.

Are you trying to make a parody of your viewpoint in an effort to drive people to the other side of your stated views? Because that's all I see happening with the vomit you spray out.

Am I the only one that sees Nana Gyamfi as a cartoon? Watch this video again. Look at her mouth while she's speaking. It's like a bad episode of South Park.

I recommend that you all watch the video. I would argue that BLM is a terrorist group that uses intimidation to try and get government funded benefits. This woman was trying to remove someone from police custody, and should definitely be held accountable. The law they are using for her arrest is the wrong one. It is a political move.

I sympathize with the police having to deal with these "people", but I can't support the abuse of the legal system for political motives. By looking the other way when the police abuse their power to get those we don't like we ensure that they have that power to get us.

So the next time you are stopped on the street for a random breathalyzer, or seat-belt check, or ticketed for not coming to a complete stop at an empty intersection because the cop wants to look good; remember that you enjoyed it when they did it to someone else.

felony lynching is not what it sounds like lol

SocratesOP

For anyone curious, it's when you free someone from police custody by use of force, usually a mob/riot.

From shouselaw.com:

When rioters take a person from police custody, not only can the mob of rioters be prosecuted. The detainee who gets freed can be prosecuted for lynching as well, if he instigated and encouraged the mob.

Drenki

Is this the same one who was charged with pimping?

Learn to read, that one was a boy with a different name. If you get all your information from other people you will always be spun. Think for yourself, find out for yourself, be yourself.

So now the establishment will use the useful idiots to try to overturn the felony lynching laws, and other laws put in place to protect them.

If you try to forcibly remove a suspect from police custody you are going to have a bad time.
