If it's true about the posts being related and both made before each attack, it could be one of several things:

1.) Gov agency hiring some muscle

but more likely

2.) Terrorist cells sending signals to attack.

it could also be

3.) Simply a red herring - info made available to waste the resources of anyone looking into it.

but it's really unlikely

4.) An unfortunately placed ad by a legit company.

Did they hold the doors shut?
