Two things:

1. Infowars is a very sketchy site for reliable information. Their goal is to sell product.
2. We can discuss the immigrant influx without namedropping. Throwing the word 'Obama' in the title automatically divides people into two camps (left vs. right).

I personally think that the immigrant children coming to the US are part of a broken up pedophilia ring involving the elites. They just needed a cover story and somewhere to put them. This is probably being done to hide their tracks because a lot of people are becoming aware of the child-sex rings (especially in Europe).
