Yeah and it once told me I was in a lake, when I was most definatly not in the lake. Have you never experienced something like that? Maybe something in the phone screwed up not the GPS, who knows? Point is, nothing and nobody is perfect.

Consider the possiblity that a theory like relativity may be good enough to let us make GPS and other current technology work but not correct enough to make futuristic or more advanced things work.

Consider also that maybe not everything works the way we are told, and if anything operated in a way counter to the public story it would be weapons and spy tools of war.
