I've never heard of censorship 2.0 until today. It's a terribly effective idea, especially for the younger people.

This IS actually how censorship "2.0" works, it has been working like this for about 10 years + it has just been increasing lately.

however the simple solution is awareness, and then utilizing connected information networks to counteract the effect.
