Yes, Hillary's private server had top secret emails. But the reason she used it was to hide (and/or delete) her emails in case of any investigations against her. ( conspiracy )

The media and the internet seem so fixated on the fact that her private server had top secret emails. But the reason she used a private server in the first place was so that the US government (and all its law enforcement agencies) wouldn't have access to her emails, or she could delete her emails, in case she was ever brought under any type of investigation.
