everyone was in a big huff and puff about jade helm 15 last year but nothing about UWEX 16 this year which is essentially jade helm part 2. i guess everyone is busy with the clinton emails, Blm protests, mass shootings and the coming election or their doing a better job about hiding it this year.

I think JADE HELM was a test run for new AI technology in the art of responsive governance and control of a large population.

Not only were different security agencies involved in a form of military cross-training, but I postulate that demographic data analysts were also conducting a mapping exercise of social media platforms, emails sent, etc. to draw up lists such as that of active 'constitutionalists' (aka troublemakers).

Maybe the reason why there is so little 'huff and puff' this time is because they have somehow managed to neutralise most of those dissenting voices from last year?
