ISIS has "stolen" some "Bunker Buster" nukes from "allies".

This will become clear when the next buildings fall.

Depending on who is funding the theoretical attack, a collapse of structure and hierarchy might be the goal. Could be by enemies or allies. Enemies was us to burn (especially trump, an apparent nationalist), and an ally might want a "phoenix from the ashes" controlled rise to power. Essentially this would be a controlled collapse to mask a coup. A seemingly organic revolution might be the only way to slide a coup by the military.

The second fits with some of the principles of the NWO theories; namely state police militarization, the continued harassment of the middle east (after isreal's 6 days war), emasculation of white males, dissolving of borders, immigrant quotas, ecct. Each of these either create a threat, or insure its successful deployment.

Trump can do far more damage to the establishment alive than as a Martyr. Do you need more evidence at how easily people will accept a false narrative after such an event?

First off, those devices have serial numbers. It is not like the cartoons, you can't lose one. They are designed to be traced. You have to remember that the government is run by accountants, and accountants obsess over money.

2nd people are really skeptical of the government. There is a vocal minority that thinks 911 was an inside job. If they where to attack a political event, it would me devastating for them, they would not be able to suppress it.

No, they are going to cause a race riot in Cleveland. No one cares if blacks get killed, not even other blacks. There is nothing of value that could be lost in Cleveland, and it would demonize all of the left's enemies and give them victims to push in their agendas.

That is not something you can keep a secret. The thing you forget, is the bureaucratic core value of passing the blame. Someone will have to take the fall for that loss, so they will juggle the blame around until they find somebody to stick it to.

Why not use the bomb to bust a bunker? I also have to wonder what else was stolen. This failed coup was a great way to get rid of enemies, and funnel weapons into a side project.

The way the weapon is designed they most likely will not be able to use the warhead. They can certainly dismantle it and use the material inside, however.
