Yep, that's the link.

To sum it up: You need 100 imaginary internet points in order to downvote, this was implemented in order to deter the vote birgading. If you leave a comment, I'll upvote if it isn't trolling in nature.

I don't seem to be able to upvote either, though. It highlights the arrow at first, but if I reload the page it goes away. I do use NoScript, but whoaverse.com is unblocked.

Yeah the whole site is still under pretty heavy development it seems so a lot of things don't work correctly yet.

The scripting is still being worked on, or at least it seems that way, and it's sluggish. I don't think the site has much bandwidth ether.. Anyway it's a hit or miss, copy what you are gonna update.. same your edit and hit F5. If it's not there, hit F5 again, if still not there rince and repeat
