If the worst happens and the banks collapse, marshal law is declared, and US Citizens are rounded up for extermination or re-education, then Operation Prospero will be started. It will probably be the end of life on Earth, not just the Northern Hemisphere.

Originally, it was an OpFor strategic planning game, but it has been dusted off as a real possibility in the event American lives or Constitution are threatened by any enemy foreign or domestic. It calls for the hacking of Cold War Nuclear deterrent systems for use against a superior enemy. The hacking involves hundreds of well placed and powerful simulated rockets near known missiles silos. The powerful simulated rockets stay on the ground, but exhaust a lot of heat and smoke- enough to catch the attention of Russian, Chinese, Indian, and Pakistani early warning systems. High altitude balloons are then released and at about 120,000 feet they deploy anti-aircraft [countermeasures or flares](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flare_(countermeasure)) to simulate 2nd stage separation of an ICBM. By this point, it is likely other country's dead man switches have already launched their own missiles, which results in NATO arsenals then deploying.

That's it. Everyone, everywhere dies- because a few spoiled rotten rich kids thought they have a right to rule.

This is just one aspect of the war that comes if the Globalists refuse to step down and forgive the World's debts, reform themselves, and return moral hazard to big business.
