Looking at the BLM situation over the last few years, which has been whipped up by the media from basically nothing to a genuine terrorist movement, it got me thinking. If the elites control the media (a given) is there any need for them to expend energy organizing attacks like Dallas and Baton Rouge? Just wait for people to act out in the emotive climate you have created. Then there is a plausible deniability so there is never a risk of being "found out" by prying eyes or a future government.

This kind of disassociated relationship with terrorist acts is what we are witnessing with "lone wolf" ISIS attackers, too. In my mind it means there's less of a paper trail to incriminate the elites and it ferments a genuine climate of hate very quickly. With full control over social media, the elites can effectively micro-manage who gets which message - BLM told to kill cops, Muslims told to kill infidels, etc. - and they don't ever have to physically pull the trigger.
