Gates is concerned about the overpopulation of the planet? So he creates zika crisis to stop the browns and blacks from out-breeding his weak inbred european heritiage. Answer to zika / population growth: more birth control, more GMOs, and throw a few wars in there too!.

You may be on to something. A lot of the Elite people appear to be pro=-eugenics. It is why planned parenthood gets so much funding.

It was a dream of the soviets, and had to go underground in the US after World War 2. It seems to be gaining popularity again in both left leaning circles and right leaning ones.
