On average, three quants will give you a collectively useable answer.

Well I think this answers the question; give an example of one of the things narcissistic sociopaths do for fun?

He also says 'first' as if implying that it won't be the last.

Personally I believe NATO will fall first due to the current Turkey situation. Then the E.U. because it's on the ropes as we speak and the global economy isn't going to get better soon and the NATO issue would put the union under further strain.

Depending on how things develop in the U.S.A. I believe that increasing serious civil unrest may lead to even more serious problems and the republic may fall apart experiencing a second civil war.

As for Germany and Austria - they might merge into one larger nation in face of all these other global events, and therefore would be the last two flags to fall.

I'm timing the petrodollar to about 2025-2035. I think the US will get more militaristic before that melts. I suspect that's why the establishment wants Hildebeest the Wardog.

Greenspan has been singing the same song for 20 years . That doesn't make him wrong, but look at the power of statists in the last 20 years. It will correct. It will be painful. Here's the rule that I have learned from about 20 years of playing currencies and commodities: we all know the right answers, but states have a nearly limitless resources to postpone the consequences -- more, at least, than the individual investor. It's impossible to time. Really. But that's kind of what Soros was driving at. However, the US has been digging this ditch since Nixon. Fuck it, FDR. You could, perhaps, push back to Lincoln...

? I'd put the EU ahead of the US, and probably Germany. Austria is last, though. Clearly.

The caption to this image is "Which of these flags will fall first?"

The flags are the US, Germany, Nato, Austria, and the EU. (Why a Viennoise? Weiner? hotel has an American flag is beyond me.)

Given the family's involvement in international politics, the post is analogous to a chief of police instagramming "Which of this suspects will die first?" That's a bit creepy, and in ravishingly poor taste.

I was kind of hoping it would be this one: 🇮🇱
