Saying they were banned for no reason is a bit disingenuous, I will never ban anyone without reason ever.

Temp bans are removed if user the requests it after the period. It shows they're still interested in participating. Since the ban period has long passed they can PM me and the ban will be removed.

As for being banned here at Voat, if you make enough noise and there's no valid reason, you can likely get reinstated. :)

Look on the right side-bar at the bottom of a /v/, you'll see a list of Moderators, Moderation Logs, and Announcements. The Moderation Logs show removed submissions, comments, and banned users for that /v/
