With the leaks out now, and more to follow, kt proves alot of conspiracys.

'Tyler Durden' writes some interesting stuff, particularly on economic analysis. 'He' is a Kremlin partisan though and Russia has long peddled conspiracy theories about the US. The article in the OP is unusually bad - claiming things like the Declaration of Independence and the democratic reforms of Solon in classical Greece were based on conspiracy theories and just badly misreading the CIA dispatch it reviews in order to cast it in a sinister light. An aim of US intelligence in those days, and now, is to counter anti-American propaganda which does include a good number of conspiracy theories. In my view the CIA doesn't even do a good job. Look at all of the tards on the net pushing these moonbat theories unchallenged.
