This is pandering to the fucking morons who don't know chemistry.

There's a big fucking difference between ethyl and methyl mercury.

Individual atoms in a molecule can have a huge impact. Take sodium for example. You swap out one atom and it becomes chlorine. Ones tasty and harmless, the other is toxic.
