I would like to see more information on this. Off the video it seems the car was gunning up an improper angle to switch lanes but it also seems like car crashes without proper median barriers is a thing. Hard to tell off this source or the video itself.

And how many coincidences does it take before it is obviously more than simple chance occurences?

I agree with you but the info provided wasn't proper. I am not a "coincidence" theorist but considering the camera angle its hard to judge. Plus unless that was a remote controled car the driver is dead or dead after hitting Putin.
