It's her way of backing out. Health issues always garner some sympathy amongst the public and while the world is so concerned with who is going to replace her she will take off to a country with no extradition treaty. All of this will happen right as or right before the October wiki leaks drop. Once the smoke clears we will all realize she was never really all that sick in the first place, she knew she was going to jail and found a way to get out of it since her original plan of taking the highest office in the land and pardoning herself didn't work. Just my two cents.
