Throwing around accusations isn't going to solve the problem. It seems there is some major corruption through out the organizations that test the athletes. This is what needs to be addressed and would be the best way to prevent drug abuse. And not just testing them a few weeks before the event. How about countries having to supply the list of names of their attending athletes a year before the Olympics. Then have them submit to random and scheduled tests all during that year leading up to the games. Allowing athletes to compete while using banned drugs because they have a doctors note is ridiculous.
