TBH the long lens could be foreshortening perspective and she's pointing to the crowds just to the left of the flag. Still very weird at the beginning, though, can't see the flag stripes in any of the phone screens...

Nah, you can see in this other video (thanks to @OzarkMountainGoat ) there is nothing but a brick wall behind the stripes. There are groups of cucks either side of the stage, but they care clearly not what Hillary is point at.

Pointing and waving at a wall does seem strange to me...

Was Hillary actually pointing and waving at a green screen which she expected to be replaced with artificial crowd footage rather than a wall?

Was Hillary waving at a wall because she was having another Parkinson's seizure?
