Hard to say "patsy" when there's a tube down your throat.

Those who remember the Boston Marathon Bombing hoax will remember when Dzhokhar Tsarnaev was pounced on during his arrest as something was seemingly done to him, then later he couldn't testify because he had a bullet wound in his throat. Only the Boston SWAT team described the wound as a slice wound, not a bullet wound, leading some to believe that he literally had his throat cut during the arrest to shut him up.

They assured he will never say anything, of course god knows if he even speaks English, but this way they get the improved optics of the police taking a minority alive. Because you know if they had killed him some SJWs would have found fault with it.
