It is a Russian drone with footage of the UN aid convoy allegedly. It focuses on a pickup seen hauling a heavy mortar alongside the parked trucks.

never in my LIFE would i have ever thought that russia would be this awesome. i grew up during the cold war, so russia was the ultimate boogeyman. now they're like, great.

Russia isn't doing this because they're awesome or because they believe in a set of values. They are doing this to further their own interests. Assad is their man in the region and making America look bad has been a national sport for damn near a century. They just probably happen to be in the right about this particular issue, but make no mistake. If it was in their interest they'd help ISIS in a heartbeat. For proof of this just read up on Putin's Chechen buddies.
