Unfortunately, flouride is one of the REAL conspiracies where (if I remember right) a lot of industries and stuff end up producing a lot of flouride waste and wanted an easy (and cheap) way to dispose of it, so government helped them out by pushing a narrative that flouride is WONDERFUL for your teeth, and using that justification, they started adding it to the public water supply.. FLOURIDE IS POISON.. I have been buying non-flouridated tooth-paste for years (maybe decades?) and my teeth are fine.. There are a few or more documentaries about flouride if you just search for a second..

As far as your tap water, you should probably buy a reverse-osmosis water-filtration system.. They are kind of expensive, like $150-$200, and then you have to replace the filters every once in a while too, but reverse-osmosis is the BEST water filtering method in existence and removes absolutely EVERY thing from it (chlorine etc etc) including flouride.. If you just have one of those small filters that attaches straight to your faucet nozzle, it is NOT reverse-osmosis and does NOT filter out flouride.. When ever you buy a water filter, you have to make sure it filters out flouride, because 90% of the time they don't..
