  2. An establishment Republican did it.

  3. A Trump supporter did it.

I think it will hurt the GOP regardless. The media will trumpet the Nazi Republicans phrase ad nauseam.

I don't know who did it. That's why I am asking the question.

On the face of it, this makes Democrats look bad -- even if the media runs with "Nazi Republicans." Actually, I think that would cause quite a reaction and help Republicans more.

That's why I'm a bit suspicious. I don't put it past either party to create an incident that produces a reaction.

There is so much animosity and infighting within the GOP that it's hard to tell. If I had guess at this stage: I'd say it's most likely a liberal culprit, probably a White woman. That feigned racial outrage is right out of the liberal feminist playbook.
