No, it IS a conspiracy, just no longer a THEORY. See, the media (psyops) has most people believing a conspiracy is fallacy, or theory. They removed the true meaning of a word that has been around for centuries. For instance, the Lincoln assassination was a conspiracy, where the co-conspirators were caught and hanged. Watergate? Another conspiracy that led to federal jail time for some and the resignation of a sitting U.S. President. No theories in either case.
