Theory: when biden said we would cyber attack ruskies he meant assange. Linking assange to russia is what they need to use the power of the state against him. They will take down wiki then produce evidence, real or not, that links it to russia. Then the dems will play hero and sit back counting sheep votes. This also sends a signal to Putin that the dems are saber rattling for election purposes rather than real agression (i hope)

Two things:

First, I hope you are right on this.

Second, this is a hypothesis, not a theory. Theories have proof backing them up. Hypothesis are ideas that may become theories if they are proven true. I know this is the wrong sub to post this in, but I think people should use these words correctly.
