Yep, the election isn't being influenced by Wikileaks, it's being influenced by the fact that Clinton is hella corrupt and is still running for POTUS. If they swapped her out for someone who isn't an insane criminal, there wouldn't be an issue.

Frankly, if anyone besides hillary was running, they might have focused on trump. Assange is never going to be a free man, I cant imagine he has much of a stake in either outcome.

Exposing corruption does happen to influence the elections though. The issue is that Clinton and her supporters do not care about the blatant corruption.
