The same powers-that-be that prepared a rigged election saw that the investigation into Clinton's crimes would reveal too much. Trump was given the win in order to suppress the attention of the " Shadow Government " that protects Clinton.

I doubt it. If anything it would have been easier to cover with her as president.

I think its unlikely, and the clintons are probably freaking out, trying to decide what to do next.
