Does Voat run /r/Voat on Reddit? ( conspiracy )

I've already started switching over to Voat but I haven't completely made the switch yet. I was just wondering if actual Voat staff run that sub because I just got banned. I'm guessing the sub is unaffiliated but looking for some more info. Not sure if I should be upset or not.

no, it's a circlejerk of goat pics most of the time. Every now and then they do a "hey look at what those stupid/racist guys at voat are doin now" posts, but then they delete it back to goat pics after they've had their fun.
