I don't mind the title. I'm talking about how they changed the color/saturation/brightness or whatever they did to make it so you can't see the video. I could easily take this video and put any audio on the top of it.

What's shocking is how I can't see anything on this video.

They only need to train and release one of these guys to cause a mass chaos effect, with the right target and timing.

They control the media and tv cycles, they can target people with subliminal messages. It can only take a few months to work someone over enough to get them to act out if they are already mentally unstable. Its a much cheaper way of inciting violence then using skilled troops or jeopardizing the good equipment.
