Terrorists are known to communicate with spam email, porn and kiddieporn. They have used stegano for ages.

Yeah the mods of those subs have inactive for over a year. Some one is posting porn images for some reason. Maybe embedded code? Maybe some other type of communication. I would report them to the admins. Abandoned subs ( a big problem here)can taken over if you want to become the mod of one or both.

The Arabic comments hardly make any sense, might be bot-generated as well.

By the way, it is not just the porn pictures, there are others that make it quite obvious they were posted by bots as well.

Regarding Steganography, did you actually analyze them in some way?

What is the orgin of the images? where did they come from? Are they obscure images, or are they from a mainstream source?

Did these images start up after pizzagate, or before?

I don't, but I too have noticed the odd pattern of recent postings in v/image of porn-like material.
