This platform seems almost useful but it's flooded with spam and can't be used to have any kind of meaningful discussion.

LockedPost

This project is still in very early stages. The individuals this has service has been created for, do not know of it's existence yet and also the site is temporarily limited to roughly 70 characters (soon to be 900 - this will mean longer posts with more content and the possibility of linking multiple posts using #keyword hash tags).
