This looks very similar to me. Especially if you think that the rover has much less power and wheelspin.

She isn't wrong. The dust would have formed a cloud in an atmosphere as the particles would be suspended by the air, not the rooster tails seen in the footage. The dust moves in an arc and drops back to the ground without atmospheric suspension. It takes longer than it would at 1G due to the low gravity environment too. To fake this you would need to be in a completely evacuated sound stage, and in an aircraft flying a parabola because over-cranking the camera would still not produce the right distance for the rooster tails as they would drop back to the ground in a short arc without being kicked up as far even in slow motion.
