I feel like the "shooter descriptions" are always mismatched with the supposed perp. My theory is they get susceptible/loosely-grounded people queued up and get them to the location as needed. Their own professional does the actual shooting or the vast majority of it, then the patsy is nabbed up and the blame is pinned. I think the Aurora movie theater shooting is the clearest example of this pattern. That guy (and this one) seem to have no idea what has just went on.
