Notice how that essay quotes Hermes ? I remember maybe 10 years ago i was reading either the Hermetica, or the kybalion, and there is a section where Hermes describes his moment of enlightenment and it sounds very similar to sciences idea of the beginning of our universe. From this I began to piece together the idea on my own that our universe could be consciousness of a godhead.

Then I found this idea is even being looked into by scientists, there's alot of physicists purporting the idea of a conscious universe.
