I can't for an instant test like a breathalyzer, that way I could possibly consume on my off time.

Drinking alcohol? Yeah, that's legal, causes thousands of deaths each year, breaks up families, health risk, etc. Smoke a joint? No one died of an overdose, caused traffic accidents on the scale alcohol did, makes you relaxed instead of wife-beating, etc.: ILLEGAL, go to prison.

pretty much always have worked nights,

used to smoke a bowl before bed got nicely relaxed and slept great.

can't do that due to regular drug testing and have trouble sleeping, so I have a drink and go to bed.

a drink or two helps, but i'd rather have a smoke. I don't need both amd would rather not drink.

Einstein added one sentence to a reproved paper to get passed. Some judges care a lot more about size than content, and the candidates decide to fill the paper with filler because of that. Or the filler is there exactly so the judges get so tired of reading that they barely notice the plagiarism.

Unfortunately its not the public that needs convinced, its the corporations, Alcohol, Tobacco, pharmaceuticals, timber, plastic, many many areas that would lose massive market shares that are holding us back!

The corporations already know. Why do you think they have been lobbying against weed for decades? If weed goes mainstream people will use less of what they are peddling.
