The ancient builder race might have been millions of years before this even, but the key is even if we had full disclosure, there are many interferences in getting accurate info about who they were, their origins etc. We only know they existed because they left behind thousands of giant ancient technologies scattered on most of our planets.

Tricking the psychic to help them find ancient technologies (because that is what they are ultimately attempting) is appalling but it is what it is -- not like a psychic would apply for this job.

I find it intriguing that the remote viewer would describe something so fantastically improbable. I think that, if I were to have to pull a story out of my ass, I would describe animals, and sand dunes, or large bodies of water. It is possible that this very information could have fueled some of the current day speculation of ancient mars.

On the other side, there is no guarantee that he wasn't inadvertently lead to his conclusions. Humans are not perfect, and a good cold reader can pick up on almost anything. Pyramids are an easy hit.

Has anyone crossed these coordinates with the martian surface to see if they correspond to landing areas, or geographically unusual landmarks?

The CIA can't be trusted when it comes to internal or international politics. They've been known to lie about legal policies, unlawful torture and surveillance, secret coups and assassinations, etc. CIA leaders have recently been caught in lies to Congress. Disinformation campaigns seem to be their main game these days.

But everything they say about psychics and aliens is real.

This guy went in to tell them a story about aliens because aliens can be imagined to be anywhere and at any time. So it doesn't matter what was written on the cards, it could all be connected to his story. He literally could not be wrong in the eyes of a believer no matter what was in the envelope. Pyramids because aliens built the Pyramids. Weird storms because any alien planet anywhere in the imaginable universe. Metallic space ships.

So the Martians came to Earth, built pyramids all over, lost all technology and, and now us stupid humans can't get along enough to put the pieces together.
