Why is there a Star of David with missiles, a giant triangle with bullseyes, and a weird dirt airstrip near MacDill AFB in Florida? ( conspiracy )

My buddy is going riding/mudding near River Ranch in Central Florida and we were looking near his property and came across some weird stuff. Check these out on Google Earth. I don't know if they're v/conspiracy worthy, but I didn't know where else to post. The triangle with circles may be bombing test sites, but what gives with the dirt landing strip with jets? Thanks!
