I thought they shot him in the throat so he couldn't talk about it...

shmegegy

that was part of the story yes. I suspect most, if not all of it is street theater.

Mr_Sir

Um, wasn't he present during the court hearing and ruling?

shmegegy

was he? his friends said they didn't even recognize him, and he spoke with a new accent he didn't have before.. likely a stand in actor.

did you verify it was him? not one photo, not one recognizable audio or video since his arrest. why do you believe it? because they told you so?

sodaphish

source of his friends' commentary?

shmegegy

the friends that were at his first court appearance. they appeared on TV.

Mr_Sir

You make an excellent point. I was unaware of what his friends said. I should have questioned the narrative before assuming it was the truth.

Kabuthunk

I've long thought that he's probably feeling far more pain and anguish than any of us can fathom. With the world in general nowadays, if something is not immediately visible, it's probably safest to assume the worst, since odds are it's that or worse still.

On the big-stage, of course. Generally, average people aren't uncaring, colossal dicks to eachother.

Does anyone have links for convincing evidence that the amputee guy was an actor? Like this one: http://educate-yourself.org/cn/bostonbombingdidyouthink20apr13.shtml

shmegegy

sure, Urban Shield admit that they used Strategic Operations' amputee actor in their boston terrorist response drills. It's in the mainstream media too. Also we see them applying moulage on scene. It's pretty cear what's going on in those photos. Oops!

http://news.yahoo.com/boston-one-best-prepared-u-cities-handle-crisis-110206850.html

'The drills are intended to be strikingly lifelike. Urban Shield has worked with Strategic Operations, a Hollywood effects company that also helps prepare army medics for the battlefield. (Their disaster scenario staff, Baker says, include an amputee.) With a generous helping of moulage, their drills aim to force officials to confront both the logistical and atmospheric challenges of a disaster.'

I figure he's back in Chechnya with 'Uncle Ruslan' of the CIA and his brother who appeared naked and arrested.
