DearClaudio

I have yet to see a piece of evidence that convinces me of such a thing.

Flat_Earth-Fat_Girth

i believe it, water is flat. crazy people with side theories go along with the conspiracy. so crazy they might be right.

BoraxTheFungarian

Interesting thought... How big would a pool need to be to discernably detect 'water curvature'?

Flat_Earth-Fat_Girth

it shouldn't be big. ignore science use your senses follow your heart. pretty convincing its all bs. 8 inches per mile squared. over larger distances it should get exponentially bigger. 1 mile = 8 squared = 64 inches, 8 miles x 8 inches squared = 4096 - so basically an 8 mile pool should have 4096 inches of curve - 341 feet of curve in an 8 mile pool. im seeing nothing,

Gringojones

I believe... It was in a book I read once.

No one, anywhere.
