Apparently it does, and worse. It increases alcohol consumption in adults, causes brain tumors, the level of cancer in pets (due to routers with wifi) has increased each year, and a lot of countries like Belgium, Switzerlands and a few others have started to banish these signals inside their doors to prevent the children being affected by it.

Some adult people are affected by this at such a level, even being in the same room as one of these signals induces migraines and sickness. They even built Faraday measures (aluminum foil) inside their own homes, and avoid going outside, while some moved to communities that doesn't even have cell towers or wifi routers within a 4 mile radius. I'll try to find and share a few sources soon about these claims.
