I'm wondering how Trump can be sure that Obama knew about it? I have no doubt that the Trump Tower was bugged, if Trump's people say it was (why would they lie?) but maybe it was a faction of the DNC that did it, working apart from the oversight of Obama and the leadership to give Obama plausible deniability.
