It's all about CIA becoming the new unauthorized NSA. Samsung TVs have fake off setting and can record everything you say. iPhones are hacked. Basically the CIA has gone rogue and is in the works to even be able to take over your car to crash it, if they feel necessary is how I'm taking it.
