Israel is nothing but a parasite regime on stolen Arab land, the day that it ends will bring peace to the Middle East. Our constant support to their racist and fascist existence is the main reason why we are hated in the Arab and Muslim World.

Possibly driven by blackmail or by campaign contributions awarded through lobbying... Ryan realizes that a successful political career is grounded in Israeli support. He's serving himself through introducing and advocating for this bill... I'm sure he'll have a nice political career for the foreseeable future as long as he continues playing by their rules and endorsing their interests.

This is an absurd amendment to an even more absurd "trade" agreement. Neither of which surprise me in the least.

The goal of the anti-BDS amendment is to enshrine “a principal negotiating objective that reinforces our opposition to official actions that boycott, penalize, or otherwise limit commercial relations with the State of Israel,” U.S. Rep. Paul Ryan (R-Wis.) said when introducing the amendment.
