If you are a tea addict like I am, step back and evaluate your global Fluoride intake. Lugols Iodine is a good way to offset the extra Fluoride from the tea. Also use a natural deoderant that doesn't have aluminum because that synergizes in bad ways with the Fluoride.

Interesting because I recently read that tea is sooooo high in fluoride because of the soil additives or something to that effect, so thanks for the iodine tip. Already use salt deodorant but never heard of Lugals Iodine. A new one to research; thanks! ;-)

I've also read that fluoride is much higher in concentrated, black tea blends and almost non existent in green/white teas

Not mind control per se, but it accumulates in your glands and your cellular functions suffer. It is neurodegenerative, so pregnant mothers have dumber children when they are in high Fluoride areas.

This is one of those conspiracies whose borders are difficult to understand. On the one hand there is no honest science that shows putting it in drinking water benefits teeth. So this conspiracy simply could have been proto industrial lobbying creating a market for an industrial waste product. All things in moderation, and just like with minerals, if you get too much lf one type of Halide it throws the others out of balance. For example of you eat too much calcium, while your body is eliminating the calcium it is also eliminating magnesium and Selenium and you end up with deficits there. We have not enougn Boron or Iodine in our diets and toouch Fluoride. This part is well understood, however the motives are a bit murky.
